1. What Information We Collect

When you use the Service's AI portrait segmentation tool, we temporarily receive the image file you upload. We only process the images you upload — we do not collect your name, email address, location, device information, or any other personally identifiable information.

        Important: The Service does not permanently store your original images. Uploaded images are held only in server memory (RAM)
        for the duration of the session (30 minutes max) and are automatically purged afterward. They are never written to persistent storage.
      

2. How We Use Your Information

Your uploaded images are used exclusively for the following purposes:

Portrait segmentation: Transmitting the image to the remove.bg API for background removal, or to DashScope for crowd removal.
Preview generation: Producing a watermarked, low-resolution preview so you can inspect the result.
Download delivery: After verifying your unlock code, returning the high-resolution result for download.

We do not use your images to train AI models, serve advertisements, perform analytics, or for any other purpose.

3. Data Storage & Security

Image storage: We do not permanently store uploaded photos. All images reside only in server memory (RAM) and are automatically purged when the session expires (30 minutes).
No disk writes: Neither original photos nor high-resolution processed images are saved to disk.
No third-party sharing: Your images are only transmitted to remove.bg's or DashScope's APIs for processing. They are not shared with any other third parties.
Transport security: All communication with third-party APIs is encrypted via HTTPS.

remove.bg and Alibaba Cloud DashScope are third-party API providers; their data handling is governed by their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the remove.bg Privacy Policy as well.

4. Cookies & Third-Party Services

This website does not use any cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics tools of any kind.

The Service relies on the following third-party services:

remove.bg API: Used for background removal processing. Your image is temporarily transmitted to their servers for processing.
Alibaba Cloud DashScope API: Used for crowd removal processing. Your image is temporarily transmitted for AI processing.

We do not place advertising cookies or tracking pixels in your browser, nor do we collect your browsing behavior data through any third party.

5. Unlock Codes

Downloading the high-resolution, watermark-free image requires an unlock code. The code is used solely to verify that you are authorized to download. We do not record or associate your unlock code with any personally identifiable information.
